• Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or high order volumes.

💸 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
• Standard shipping charges may apply to orders below this amount (calculated at checkout)

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to track your package in real-time.

🚫 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

• The courier may attempt delivery again
• If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply

🔄 Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, RAWBLOQ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – RAWBLOQ

At RAWBLOQ, we aim to deliver high-quality streetwear. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered with a simple and fair return process.

🔄 Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact
• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Worn or used products
• Items without original tags/packaging
• Products bought during sale/clearance (unless defective)
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange (subject to availability):

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days
• Only one exchange per order is allowed
• If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
